I just hated it. Carnival cruise line was very unprofessional. We made it to Jacksonville airport just to sit for hours even though we purchased the shuttle bus tickets. Customer service was horrible and we really didn’t get any kind of compensation for the many issues that we had on this poor excuse of a cruise. IT WAS VERY UNORGANIZED!!!! I WILL NEVER SAIL CARNIVAL AGAIN!!!!!Embarkation
