Review summary

I just hated it. Carnival cruise line was very unprofessional. We made it to Jacksonville airport just to sit for hours even though we purchased the shuttle bus tickets. Customer service was horrible and we really didn’t get any kind of compensation for the many issues that we had on this poor excuse of a cruise. IT WAS VERY UNORGANIZED!!!! I WILL NEVER SAIL CARNIVAL AGAIN!!!!!

I asked my question for a reason. Did you arrive too early for the shuttle? Not have your paperwork in order? And, I think the crux of your review is that customer service was ‘horrible’ because you didn’t get any compensation for the ‘many’ issues. Why didn’t you take advantage of Carnival’s guarantee to debark at the first port for a refund if it was that bad? And, especially started that bad!

I left out of New Orleans about 4 yrs ago before the renovations and had a blast! Each experience is different; going on 9th cruise with Carnival and each time is a different experience..after a while you sort of figure out how to adjust and make it a good time..hope you try again,.

How many cruises have you been on? I wouldn't let 1 bad experience keep you from trying again. Everyone and everything has off moments. May I suggest you be alittle more detailed about why and how you're experience was so bad?

I've sailed on Elation twice. Once out of New Orleans and once out of Jacksonville. Had an excellent experience each time.
