Review summary
The Purser information office was poorly trained and not knowlegeable when questions were asked. The Pursers provided conflicting information every time you saw a different one. The tour staff was never available except 2 hours a day to answer any questions. The times for the tour office hours were 7:00 am 8:00 am and 5:00 to 6:00 pm. No information was provided on how to enroll 6 people traveling together in different canbins on the same tours, thus only 3 were able to go on some tours. Some tours in San Juan were cancelled and no effort was made by the staff to help find another. At 10:00 pm the night before the tour the Purser infomored us that the tour was cancelled. The next morning when trying to return the tickets a different Purse said we would not be able to return the tickets,because the tour was not cancelled. At 5:00 pm that day when the tour desk opened the tour was cancelled. This is a problem. The fruit was not ripe during the entire trip.Ports of call

Cons: The pursers office and the tour information office. Also, I was not pleased with Cruises only as a booking agent.
