Review summary

I didn't get to do anything on the cruise, due to the one I went with. I would like to say thank you to all the staff. You are the greatest, you made me feel like a queen, you came to me and asked me would I like a drink or did I need anything. When I passed the staff, they would always smile and speak, very friendly. Our room was always cleaned, with an amazing animal made out of towels, which I loved. I purchased an elephant and also a book to show me how to make them for my grandchildren. Thanks to all the staff for making me laugh and making me feel special, as I didn't feel that with the gentleman I went with. You all are so kind. Thanks again, Annette Walters. PS: I can't thank you enough, because you guys are the ones that made my cruise very special.

Food and service was great in the main dining area. Guy's Hamburgers were awesome, I didn't have to wait in line, service was great. The buffets were good I really enjoyed the taste of everything . The coffee and tea were really too strong for me.

I enjoyed the grilled sandwiches and the hours they were opened. My favorite was the grilled Ham&Cheese sandwich. Yummy in my Tummy!

Onboard Activities

The only thing I did was play Bingo and loved it. I did sit and watch people have fun in the pool. We didn't put our bathing suits on, because the gentleman I went with did not want to get in the water.

Loved the set-up of the shop. Very nice things in the shop.

Entertainment

The only thing I got to do was to play Bingo. The gentleman that I went with didn't want to do anything, but gamble. I did hear others talk about how good the shows were. I really wanted to go, but he didn't. We did pass by a club with a girl singing Karaoke and everyone seem to be enjoying themselves. My next cruise will be with my friend's and I know we will have a blast.

The places that I walked to on the ship was very clean and well maintained. The staff was walking around at all times making sure everything was picked up and cleaned. No complaints.

The bed was very comfortable and the size was just right. It was kept very clean. I was super satisfied!!!

Ship tip

My first cruise. You want regret going on a cruise with The Carnival Ecstasy, I promise you that. I will be going again very soon.

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

I liked the porting in Princess Cays. I did not do any excursions, due to the gentleman I went with, he didn't want to do anything. 😔

I enjoyed this port, they were taking pictures as you came off the ship to visit, music was playing, I was very excited about walking to the shops. I loved it.

So sorry you did not have a very good time. I have gone to some shows by myself if my husband was not interested. Hope you will go again and have a great time with someone else. Maybe another "gentlemen"😃
