Food was equivalent to cafeteria food you'd expect at a cheap buffet or school. Even the evening dinning food was undesirable. Poor taste and cold.
Onboard Activities

Plenty of things to keep busy while on the cruise. Carnival did a good job keeping guests informed. Pool deck did not feel overly crowded.

Stewards were fantastic and very attentive. Bartenders were good also.
Ship Quality

Ship's layout was fine, although I don't have much to compare it too. Décor is very dated and hallways smell like sewer at times. Exterior walls and windows are noticeable old, showing signs of rust and scratched windows. Common areas were kept clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was nice size and we loved having the balcony. We could smell the odor of cigarette smoke in our room at times coming through the air ventilation.
Ship tip
It's ok to bring a 12 pack of soda. Drinks are expensive on the ship and ability to find and purchase snacks for in room is not easy, so I would recommend bringing some munchies with. Especially, if you have kids.
If you want beautiful beaches go to Bermuda pink sand and friendly people not annoying like in the Bahamas. Also try NCL Escape great ship new!! I was on the ecstasy back in the 90’s it needs retiring.
