Review summary

Have stricter rules for children that misbehave. Try to have someone that is more strict in Circle C with the 12-14 year olds. Make sure you know that you can go to Customer Service and let them know you don't want to be charged gratuities. You can give them to the staff that cleaned your room instead. Make sure you get what you paid for in case of the water slide.

I didn't do an excursion. Not too much was offered. When you get off the boat there are little shops at the port and also food places to eat.

We always tip the people that we are in direct contact with especially the room Steward and dining staff. If you get your drinks at the same bar from the same bartender, giving a small tip to them will assured that you will get a better pour of alcohol

I would never remove gratuities. That is the workers income. If anything give extra cash tips!

I agree with saw06. Some ppl can be real tighta$$es and dont appreciate other back room staff that help make your cruise

Remove gratuities? Why would you do that? It goes to the wait staff and to the ones that provide you clean sheets and towels as well as room stewards... you can always tip more in cash. I never understand someone who removes gratuities
