Our steward, Rustam, went above and beyond. Our cabin had a bad smell the first day and he had the carpet shampooed for us immediately. He was always around and asking if we needed anything at all.
Our waiter, Adnan, in the main dining room was wonderful. He was friendly and welcoming. He made sure that every single person in our party was served something that they liked every single meal.
Ship Quality

The ship was very nice. The only thing I did not like was having to walk past the casino where smoking was allowed to get to the main dining room.
Cabin / Stateroom

Everything about the cabin was good except the smell when we first arrived. It smelled like someone had vomited in the room. We told our steward, Rustam, and he quickly addressed the problem.
Unfortunately I will be cruising with RC this time around. Carnival doesnt have any good sailings on the ports I use in winter months. Only downfall they have
