Review summary

Had a great time and the staff was fantastic. Only complaint I have is 2 of our party got stuck in an elevator for 10 minutes and just so happens that 1 of the people has panic attacks and no one from the staff come to check on them afterwards. Other than that we had a great time and already planning the next one.

Really liked Guys Burger Bar and the buffet. The dining room was good and the desserts were great. Liked some things better than other as far as the food goes.

Have to have these 2 drinks, Dirty Banana and Kiss on the Lips!!! Very good drinks.. The room service was great, try the B.L.T....

I'm very claustrophobic and it was stuck for only a minute with us. Several times. And I almost freaked out bc of it.

We were on the ecstasy in October and the elevators didn’t work half the time. Thankful we are healthy enough to take the stairs everywhere. Sorry that happened!
