Subpar Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas...customer service at guest services was unacceptable as well as scheduling of ship activities! My husband don't plan on booking another Carnival cruise unfortunately

For example: very dismissive rude approach but Carnival Corporate was awesome and addressed the situation as I hope no one experiences these issues while sailing

Some negative customer experiences were the short patience of a couple of staff members as well as their lack of knowledge of charges (very confusing) and also cruise ship amenities.
