It was very nice, BUT......

I really liked most of my Carnival Ecstasy experience. The friendly attitude of the cruise personnel was definitely a big part of that feeling, matching nicely the friendly attitude of most people who are taking a vacation and often celebrating something very special in their lives. The food, music, environment, cleanliness and organization were great. BUT: We are in 2016 and it is amazing that CARNIVAL CRUISES (CC) keeps ignoring the lesson that tobacco smoke is highly toxic and responsible for serious health problems, including cancer and several respiratory diseases. If CC wants to keep smokers happy, its is time to spend some money to create confined spaces for them, but not at the irresponsible high price of exposing all he passengers to massive passive smoking: breathing highly contaminated air in a sequestered space: the whole ship serves as a capsule to intoxicate many healthy people. If CC does NOT paying attention to this serious matters, a big lawsuit might be coming their way sooner or later. PLEASE, act now and prevent avoidable human disease....and possible legal fights that consume time and resources.

Tip

Look around first to see if you find a similar cruise in a non-smoking ship or a ship that has closed spaces for smokers without exposing the entire population travelling and frequently NOT knowing that they are being intoxicated.
