The cruise ship is certainly dated and the food was mediocre at best. The cruise employees are constantly trying to sell you one thing or another...jewelry, photos, watches, bingo cards, drinks, $40 concert tickets, art, etc. The ship wasn't able to pull into port in Key West due to bad weather, so we spent an extra full day stuck on the boat.  They didn't have many activities/entertainment to tide people over, so they end up just doing repeat comedy shows and musical acts.  We ended up staying in Mexico longer to make up for not making it to Key West. Being able to leave the ship and sight see around Mexico was probably the best part of the entire cruise trip.

Cabin / Stateroom
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Ship Quality
Extremely dated
Destinations and Excursions
Airboat tour in Miami is a lot of fun and worth the money. Tulum Express tour in Mexico seemed rushed. The guide barely gave us any time to actually check out the ruins and wanted everyone to stay together the entire time. Definitely seemed like a get you in get you out quickly excursion booking it through the cruise line.
Onboard Activities
Most of the time they were just trying to sell you stuff.
Children's Programs
Entertainment
The comedy shows & some of the music acts were decent, but not much else to do.
Service and Staff
Formal dining staff was awesome! Buffet dining staff were rather rude most of the time and constantly closing food service areas early.
Food and Dining
Lots of food options, but quality & taste was rather low.
Miami, Florida
Key West, Florida
Ship wasn't able to pull into port.
Cozumel, Mexico
Spend the $30 to rent a scooter and drive around to any of the resorts on the island.
