The People were the best part. It really did feel like a Carnival Family! We had many pleasant conversations wherever we went. People held elevator doors & greeted each other with a smile & pleasantries. The Cruise Director Andy & his team were a lot of fun!

We had Faster to the Fun, & had an early arrival time so we were on the Ship, had dropped off our bags to our Stateroom & enjoying our first Guy's Burger by around 11:00 am!

The food was good overall. My favorite meal was in the Steak Restaurant. My least favorite was a Reuben in the Deli. It was only toasted on one side & it didn't seem to be warmed throughout. We enjoyed meals@ the Brunch, Buffet, Pasta Bar, Sushi, Pizza, Taco's, Guy's Burger's & Dining room.

It was comfortable, but there was a crack on part of the desk. It was also a little dusty, but I understood. There's not a lot of time to turn over the rooms & they have a lot of rooms.

This tip is for any Ship. Don't expect perfection. Just keep a positive attitude & have fun!
We went to Paradise Beach. Lots of fun! The Staff was very friendly & encouraged you to eat & drink as much as you want. Pool & Beach was nice & the Bathrooms we re clean.
Having cruised from many ports, there is something special about Galveston. The people on island, at the terminal, and guests on the ship were the friendliest bunch of people I have ever cruised with. I was just so impressed with the kindness and hospitality. It made me want to move to Texas!
