Overall the cruise was fine. I did enjoy that there was a smaller non-smoking casino. We didn’t encounter any really rude people or anything. The quality of the food in the MDR was disappointing, and when we asked for something (like a water refill), we felt like it was annoying the staff. The staff everywhere else on the ship was fantastic! Our room was nice, and I would stay in it again.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
MDR was lacking in both service and quality of food offerings. We were pretty disappointed. Lido dining was all right, and about what was expected. Guys Burgers was great. Blue Iguana tacos were great. The best food on the ship was at Pasta Bella.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
There was a lot going on but it was a lot of the same stuff all day.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Flick was just a weird show. The violin trio was great. The country music male duo was ok - they didn’t sing the right words to a lot of songs. The other group that sang was good. The DJ on the lido played the same songs over and over.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our room steward was great - his name was Bagus. We had a favorite bartender at the Ocean Plaza on Deck 5 mid - Arun. It seems like the bartenders were understaffed. The MDR attendants weren’t that great.
Ship Quality

The Dream is laid out like any other ship. It was nice. It could probably use some updating.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was plenty big, the balcony had a very nice view and it was kept very clean by Bagus.
It was fast. We did our own carry off. It’s hard to do that with only a few elevators functioning. Next time we might check our bags to be carried down by the crew the night before.
