Review summary

Loved the cruise and staff was excellent. Communication to guests could be improved on the embarkation and disembarkation process about when will luggage arrive and when we can disembark if the ship docks early.

Appreciate your detailed feedback. Sorry your bags arrived at your cabin later than expected. However, even those with priority service often get them that late. It’s advised that if you want to use the pools/hot tubs, bring your swimsuit in your carryon luggage. Glad you mostly enjoyed your cruise .

for disembarkation too, they basically tell you when luggage will arrive when your zone is called. if you get off earlier than when your zone is called..it won't be there

they can't tell you when your luggage will arrive since it's a crap shoot. bags get x-rayed and searched and there's hundreds of pieces. disembarking as well is all up to customs. they tell you what to do and what to expect on the tvs as well as papers
