Review summary

VERY disappointed! If I could only tell you how many people I overheard complaining about the smell, the food, the shows and the cruise director. When I visited customer service, I felt like I was treated poorly as well. I did not appreciate paying extra for a balcony that was not usable. They offered a food voucher - NO THANKS!!!

Dining room servers were awesome - food servings were very small - buffets weren't open all at the same time and seemed to serve same thing everyday - Guy's burgers and Pizza joint were the 2 staples during the day!

JUAN did an amazing job keeping our room clean! The ISSUE was we paid for a balcony that was unusable due to a raw sewage odor once we were able to open up after the hurricane weather.......

decided to walk to public beach to see the area and visit local business' - we were harrassed by the street people - anything from needing a ride, weed, coke, adderal or any other street drug they could name. Once we reached the beach - the people that rent the umbrella's and chairs harassed us all the way down the beach until we finally ducked into a resturaunt. We opted for a taxi back just to not be harrased.
