Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food experience were amazing, waiters Renaldo and Wyn were phenomenal. I have hardley met people as nice and attentive as they were. Renaldo has made a huge impact on my family just by being kind and fun. Raj and Rajesh at the Red Frog had jokes upon jokes, we'd go up in the late morning just to here their hilarious commentary. Absolute delights of humanity!! Nijo at the Ocean Plaza bar and Gaven from the Pool Side Bar were incredibly helpful with drink suggestions and had a fantastic memory for my personal drink preferences, we shared many laughs. The lady at the coffee bar in the mornings down at ocean plaza is honestly the sweetest person I encountered the whole trip, I didn't write her name down unfortunately, but she was an absolute pearl. The crew was overall outstanding. I hope to see many familiar faces in the future.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
I loved Ashley, I played several of the trivia games, the wheel spinning game and sat in on the coloring page mornings. Ashley had me laughing so hard I thought I would choke. She's a ray of joy and sunshine and I enjoyed every activity I participated in thanks to her!

Entertainment

I didn't participate in any of the stage shows except for love and marriage and it wasn't very inclusive of lgbtqia+, but I understood it was circumstance. I typically don't enjoy stage shows but I may have to try attending more in the future.

Children's Programs

Don't have kids.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Raj and Rajesh from the Red Frog, Gaven from the Poolside Bar and Nijo from the Ocean Plaza bar all made an excellent impact, they were all funny, fun, helpful and had fantastic memories. Renaldo and Wyn were the sweetest most attentive people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Renaldo made a huge impact on my family with how fun and charismatic he was. Wyn seemed a little shy at first (in the best way possible), but quickly opened up and always did a fantastic job, she had the brightest smile and did everything for us with a sense of urgency and with delicate nature. Renaldo and Wyn made a big impact on our vacation for the absolute best. Jon Paul, our room Stuart was an absolute angel, he was always chipper and excited and it was infectious!! I don't know how he always managed to be on top of things, but he always seemed to know what we needed. I was honestly sad to say goodbye, maybe because we were being taken care of by the best humans to exist, but I hope we will see them in the future. Nicole from pixel studios was so helpful and so kind. She had jokes she helped with posing my fiance and me where others seemed a little less involved. Her photos of us were phenomenal and she just so happened to be the person that checked us out at the register our last day. She was amazing. Angela at the pixel studios was great as well she helped check us out and on one particular day I had woken up very grumpy, but she quickly had me laughing and she was also just so sweet. She made me feel a lot better and very special. The lady that worked the morning shift at the coffee bar by Ocean Plaza was the best part of waking up the entire trip. She kept calling me sweet baby, and absolutely made me feel special. She never made me second guess my order and gave a couple of suggestions when I was ordering. I unfortunately never wrote down her name and I can't remember it, but she was perfect. The Activity Director Ashley deserves a trophy of her own, she had the whole group cracking up and cheering, every activity we participated in with her was a treasured memory. She us easily one of my top 5 humans!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ships layout was a little confusing at first just because of how massive it was, having so many maps posted definitely helped! Everywhere I went was incredibly clean, I was very impressed!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Exceptional! Jon Paul did a fantastic job of maintaining the room and ensuring we had everything we needed!!

Ship tip

Familiarize yourself with the main levels first, that's were it got tricky for me haha. Learn your crews names, they do it for you, and don't be shy around them!
