Heated lounger in Spa are difficult to use as no one wants to leave once there are there. I never had the chance to try.

We had great service the first cruise and good service the second. Lorilyn was hostess and so sweet. Ninja was our steward both time and he was on the spot all the time. I am always amazed at how they remember everyone's names.
