we paid our account off to a zero balance before we got off the ship and carnival still charged each our or debit cards we had on file for over 400.00. Called to try to speak to someone, pointless they say we had to send an email and wait 30 days. I still haven't heard from anyone. I will never sail Carnival again.Embarkation
