Review summary

Our cruises were postponed for two years, with the pandemic. We picked this particular trip because we had never visited Key West or Half Moon Cay. Both were worth the wait. Nothing is more beautiful than a Bahamian sunset, and we got to see many from our balcony.

We enjoyed the food all over the ship. We tried the Seafood Shack this trip, and enjoyed it very much, as well as the usual buffets and dining room.

We love the serenity deck most, when we are outside reading during the sea days. We also enjoy the Alchemy Bar, and participated in a Motown Trivia game, hosted by the Cruise Director, MarQ.

We did not attend any shows.

We did not sail with any children.

The personnel were all very friendly and very happy to be back at work after the pandemic.

The cabin was very nice. The bathroom had double sinks, and an enclosed jet bath. We had the steward bring us a box fan, and were very comfortable the entire trip.

Ship tip

There is nothing better than hanging out in the serenity spa area. When the door opens, the whole deck area smells like the spa. It is appropriately named. There are many really comfortable places to sit, including a hammock. Waitstaff come by frequently, so you won't be thirsty. Great place to read, relax and get some sun.

We carried our own bags off, and were released at 6:30 am. We were on the road home by 7:00 am.
