Review summary

It was just ok. This was my first Carnival cruise. I’m not an avid cruiser, never will be as I like a variety of travel, but I had basic expectations, but this cruise came in below that. It was “meh”. I wanted to try Carnival as I prefer Disney and RCL, and I don’t know if I will try again. It was just “meh”. I’m not one to jump through hoops (go on this boat, in this class, with that itinerary) to keep trying things out. The level of service should be consistent across the board…So. I’m going back to what I know, and will try out NCL after our next 2 RCL cruises.

Shh813 Avid=Enthusiast. I have a bike. I ride it occasionally. I’m not an avid bike rider…I ride it sometimes…same thing. I fly, do all inclusive resorts and I cruise…More to my travel life than just cruising… A 3 1/2 stars isn’t bad review. It’s an honest review. Ive been on many cruises…The Dream was just average. It’s life…Not everything is going to blow everyone’s socks off.

Love carnival. Disney has too many rude kids and royal is not at all on my bucket list. Maybe a water park is more suited for you.

I don't understand. If you're not an avid cruiser, why are you cruising at all? Doesn't make sense. Do something you enjoy instead of giving bad reviews to cruise ships.
