Overall it was a good cruise. Though I will say on this cruise that it felt like the crew was really forcing it to be nice to the customers. Probably won't take this cruise again.

Shows were good, comdians were great, Michael in the piano bar was a blast, but other than that the bands throughout the ship were Ok, the breeze had better bands

Kids had a great time, but there was always line to drop them off and pick them up. This was the first time I have expirenced this on a cruise.
Service and Staff

room steward was good, didnt really see him but the room was always nice. Safe malfunctioned but was never able to get it fixed. Wait staff was ok though not as friendly as other cruises.

I like the ship but the customer service is just OK
We were made to leave our rooms at 8:30 and disembarkation had just started. In the past we have been allowed to stay in our room. We ended up sitting on the floor on deck 5 after lugging all out suitcases down the stairs. The most disorganized disembarkation have experienced on Carnival.
