It was literally the worst vacation I’ve ever been on, I thought I was at six flags because of the 4 hour long wait in lines for everything

Delayed 2 hours, so we end up standing in the hot sun from 12:50- 4:00pm!!! No one knew what was going on, when we finally got inside boarding area, still took 2 hours to even set foot on the ship. Got to our room( with no luggage) at 7:00, then everyone wanted to eat and everything was closed but the buffet do solid hour wait to get the horrible food. And that all was just the start of this nightmare cruise

Fruit loops and one old sock in room when we first arrived, tried charging us for waters we didn’t drink, and didn’t change the sheets each day so they were still covered with sand after our beach day, servers in the restaurant checked on us once in beginning then got order then never saw them again, worst service ever
I just got off the Dream May 5th. Great ship, great crew and great food. Guess it started off rough so it just ruined your whole time. Because this is not the ship I just sailed on.
The Gangway at the Galveston terminal was struck by lightning and is out of service forcing the terminal to embark and debark the guest on the ground level. The engineering company from overseas arrived yesterday and is working to resolve the issue. Carnival nor the Port of Galveston can control Mother Nature! I would wait in line overnight to board any cruise.
