EVERYONE so friendly, helpful, polite. Hendra (stateroom steward) was great, prompt, very helpful. Our room was always cleaned within requested time frame, towel animals were a welcomed touch. takes pride in his work. Ardar (main dinning room waiter) was great. He knew all our names and greeted you by name each time. service was prompt and professional. Can see his love of his work.

review layout prior to cruise then take time to get oriented when on board.
a little confusion at the beginning- we were brought to beach first and not the park but they took care of us. loved G. Park with the animals and history Ryan very knowledgeable. T Beach was pretty, lots to do but too crowded and too many venders.
thrills,chills zip line and snorkeling. very lovely spot. Tour group was excellent, happy took great care of us. 1st time zip lining. snorkeling was great
With FTTF you board right after platinum and diamond members. Your cabin is ready when you board so you can drop off your carry ins. Luggage comes faster. You have a dedicated line at customer service. You get expedited tender passes. Well worth it. Love the Dream and Carnival
