The line to board wrapped around multiple times. Took close to 3 hours to board. Then once we get on board we could not eat because everything was shutting down for the muster drill. I'm a diabetic and needed food and no one would make an exception.

Fernando, Alexander, and Ramando were absolutely outstanding. They were attentive, pleasant, entertaining, and an absolute joy. They made the dining experience phenominal!

The excursion was disappointing. We did not get to visit the fort as we thought we would and there ous nothing in the online description stating to bring your swim suits. So we did not get to experience the entire trip.

This was awesome. We did the glass bottom boat, rum cake, and cameo plant. Really enjoyed learning about the island.

Went cave tubing at jaguar paw. Melvin was our guide and this was absolutely amazing. I have recommended this to several people. Lunch was very tasty.

We did the sea and land excursion. We went on a glass bottom boat, then to the chocolate plant, and then the tequillaria. Nacho was fun and informative. Loved this! I have also recommended this to several people.
