this was a family cruise and the friendliness of your staff helped to make a very enjoyable time! I am very sad and disappointed that the carnival dream will be leaving the port of New Orleans.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
I have been on several cruises and This was some of the best food I've ever had particularly in the main dining room. I was not as pleased with pasta Bella but I only went there once. Otherwise I was extremely impressed!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
I did not do many of the activities however I am impressed with what is offered. I did take a ladies pampering class and I spent some time in the casino.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
I thought the musical shows were absolutely phenomenal! I went last year and they were exactly the same but I enjoyed them every bit as much!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
This is where I particularly think this ship stands out from the rest! I could not have been more pleased and impressed with the level of friendliness kindness promptness etc. from everyone working there. Our head waiter was Guillermo! He was very nice and entertained us with magic tricks every night. Aris and Anslee were extremely friendly and worked tirelessly to ensure our dinner was always enjoyable! Finally my room Stewart

Ship Quality

Komang my room Stewart was exceptional!

Ship tip

Unfortunately the one area I was extremely disappointed in was the spa. I was able to attend a pamper party where I was talked into getting teeth whitening and a massage. Both of those services were great however I was very disappointed that Cynthia who did my massage was extremely pushy and getting me to purchase things at the end. After an hour of a relaxing massage I left feeling very frustrated and tents! After spending $115 on a massage I should not be pressured into buying a 62 bottle of something for arthritis. I do not think I would recommend any tree for people going on this cruise. Everything else was great. this was a family cruise
