Review summary

It was too crowded and so our service wasn’t really up to the standards we are used to from Carnival. Our luggage was destroyed and very late, we had purchased the Faster to the Fun excursion. We had to ask for clean towels several times throughout the week

We have cruised a lot. So far our luggage has not been messed up. I would be very disappointed if it did. Thing is I know that it could happen due to all the luggage they handle. Just hope it never happens. Carnival has always been very good to us. Loved the dream very nice ship

That does not sound like the Carnival Dream I have experienced. When I cruised on the Dream last Christmas, I experienced the complete opposite of what you have described here, except that you got it right about the fabulous food.

That is unfortunate. How did the cabin steward forget your beds? That is something. We have never had our luggage messed up, but on occasion, I have heard of it. Was there any explanation or something special offered to y'all (drinks or discount)?
