Review summary

I would take this cruise again if it was out of another port

Embarkation

Cruise was great, the Port of New Orleans was a complete zoo. We had paid for FFTF and upon check in they made us follow all others checking in. We always get the FFTF to avoid standing for long periods of time and they didn't even seem to care that we purchased this. Once on the ship the FFTF should of allowed us to get luggage early as well, we received all luggage at the room after 10:00 PM.

Leaving the ship was a little better than getting on. Our luggage was hard to find in the port and getting a porter was near impossible to help carry it to the car

That’s our favorite port. We love cruising the river. So sorry you had a bad experience.

Nola has been by far the easiest port for us to cruise out of. Embarking and disembarking have always been a piece of cake. Awesome staff too.

Nola is easy port to go out of boarded the dream 3 times out of nola never a issue sorry you had a bad experience
