Will never cruise Spring Break again!!! Service was too slow and the boat felt crowded.

NOLA port is smaller and very efficient. We were on the boat in 20 minutes.

The boat was FULL so everything took a really long time. Service in the Main Dining room took forever!! Dinner was a 2 hour ordeal.

LOVE this place!!! Best food on the boat if you like authentic Indian food. There are evidently not a whole lot of us, so this place never had a line.

They had this singer in the lobby and coffee bar who was AWFUL! She would literally clear the room every-time she started singing. I think her name was Phoebe!

Flying Scotsman Show was Awesome. It is sad when the best singer on the boat is the Cruise Director.

Decor is hideous, especially the red plastic cups all over the ceiling of the main dining room!

Room is a but dated but well equipped and maintained.

Ship tip

If you want to find a quiet spot away from the masses on deck, go all the way forward on deck 5, 6 or 7 and there is a large metal door that leads to a walkway that is always empty at the front of the ship.

We were on this cruise also. Yes the lady singing was awful we actually left a review with customer service. I was not as impressed with this ship as I was the triumph. Our waiter and housekeeping were amazing but outside of them the staff did not look happy. The boat was very rocky almost like something underneath was broken.( words from my sailor husband) but could of been that it was SOOO windy.

During the summer when kids are out of school the ships are full. We have kids, so that’s when we cruise. Factor that into your planning.
