Always enjoy cruising and can't wait to book one for next year. Love talking to the staff and seeing what countries they are from. Fun to talk to new people and make new friends.

Had assisted boarding and I assumed would board by arrival time on our boarding pass. Otherwise boarding was fine and the young man who assisted me was very nice and enjoyed talking to him. He did a great job and I'm so sorry I don't remember his name.

My granddaughter can't wait to go in the kids club. She always has so much fun there.

Pedro our room steward was great. Had to call him one time as granddaughter got sick. I didn't realize he was on his break at the time I called, but he came asap and we always had a very clean room and fresh towels.
Sarah Hutton in customer service was a delight. I had a lot of Carnival gift cards. I tried the kiosk but it wouldn't accept them. She entered all on my account with a smile and friendly conversation the entire time. Made the process so much easier and less stressful for me.
Tetiana Basista, not sure if correct spelling for her last name, helped when we complained about how noisey our room was during the night. It was so bad the first night of the cruise it woke us and the noise scared my granddaughter, and us. So by third night with little sleep we made a complaint and Tetiana said she would see what she could do. The next few nights was much, much quieter. Greatly appreciated!
Most of the staff was very pleasant but the three mentioned above was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

We enjoy the Cove Balcony as close to water. Next time will try to make sure what is above our cabin.
