Review summary

Still upset that when I purchased drinks in August to be delivered to our room before we embark, we never got it. Was told we never paid for it. Then to find out I was charged back in Aug. and Guest service did not accommodate my order. They just canceled my order and gave me my money back. (still waiting for my money to return to my bank account) I don't think I will ever cruise with Carnival again.

ordered beer and water in August online to be delivered to our room. Never got it. Guest services said our order never went through. I checked online with our bank and it showed charges of $54 for beer and water. All guest services did was give our money back (still wanting for money to be refunded to our bank) not very happy at all. I would have thought we would get what we ordered asap delivered to our room (since I did pay for it) 2 yrs ago on same ship staff would put up bunk bed during day and bring back down at bed time....bunk bed was always down....hitting our heads constantly. I feel like the staff was overworked and underpaid.

Sorry to hear you had a problem. We had 3 drinks delivered, all orered separately and all waiting in our room.

Wow, I guess this is the first time something like this has happened to you. You never ordered anything and the order wasn't correct or wrong. If so you no longer deal with that company right, come grow up mistakes happens.
