Review summary

Medical staff ok but they made a decision with no consultation or options given to take us off the ship via Coast Guard Cutter. Midnight, 75 mile ambulance ride then charged my credit card $2700.00 with NO itemization or details or approximation on charges anticipated. Another one of their revenue enhancement policies along with BLOCKING my global roaming phone when I had bars and could see the cell tower. Worst part is they denied they were doing it with their customer facing folks lying to me (they don't know) but when I challenged their management on it they refunded the full price for the service. Why would they do that? To protect the revenue from the 2000 others who did not challenge it. Like clockwork bars there .at 1 minute to 6 I have roaming, 1 minute past 6 same bars no reception. Blocking a service I pay for to charge $2.00 a MINUTE on cabin phone. Don't use these people under ANY circumstance. They did call to check on health issue but likely only to assess how much they could get away with charging sick customers with no options. NOT GOOD

Smelt like a sewer in corridor outside our cabin the entire cruise despite complaining EVERY day. Nothing done. It was just plain GROSS.

Absolute ZOO on what was a nice place 30 years ago. People everywhere hassling you to spend money on cheap merchandise over priced. One shop wanted $35 for an item I saw at $10 elsewher. Bought a duffle bag whose handle or strap broke 1st time we put it on with a few clothes in it. Awful experience all round

I was on the conquest in 2005. This same cruise, just different ship. Less than 30 min being on excursion in Grand Cayman, I had an accident on a jest ski with my daughter. Her head slammed into my face, splitting my cheek open. They asked if I wanted to go to a hospital there, I said no, take me back to the ship. Whole ER on the ship. 7 stitches later. Only 175.00
