Review summary
There was a sewage odor in the hall on deck 9; our bathroom had urine odor; the food at dinner (late seating) did not compare to the food on the Carnival Freedom (2013 cruise). At dinner there were 4 ladies seated in the vicinity of our table, they were very loud and laughing during the whole meal, "everyone" seated in the vicinity could not enjoy their dinner. This was brought to the attention of the Maitre' D, the ladies quieted down some, but still had some laughing outbursts. The desserts were not as good as the Carnival Freedom; some of the cakes were very dry. Some of the good food items were the fresh salads and fruits, the ice cream "Swirl." The staff at dinner were nice, the staff at dinner on the Carnival Freedom, went out of their way to make sure that we had what we wanted and they were lots of fun.
