Review summary
To begin with the ship had two very small pools considering there was 4000+ people on the ship. This created some health issues that we were not willing to obtain by jumping in a pool that was extremely cloud as well as limited our cooling off time while at sea for 4 full days.
Second we were told by closes.com that Wi-Fi is available but they confiscated the information that we would have to pay an enormous amount of money to have Wi-Fi while we were on the ship because it was extremely costly. This caused us to have less communication with our business and taking care of emails and issues that must have been dealt with while we were on the ship.
thirdly our family purchased the drink packages and much to our surprise we were Shocked to that water and sodas were additional charges
fourth we were promised onboard credit by cruisescom and carnival obviously was not informed or aware and therefore they refused to give us the onboard credit .our agent failed to tell us that we have to complete a form online before we can get that onboard credit causing us to be out of 150 dollars that we could have saved in spending. Additionally we felt that we were being punished for booking through and not directly from carnival by the customer service desk on the shop..only comments they ever made is to go back to our rooms and contact to see why the confusion onboard him credit fully knowing that we were Good
weekunable to that because of the limited what
