Yes there are several areas on the starboard side of deck 11 both covered and under covered. Down on deck 5 outside port side uncovered by the Red Frog. Finally inside at designated machines and table in the main casino on deck 5 during operational hours only.

Smoking is permitted in designated areas. Deck 11 above Guys burgers is the most crowded and full of rude people who think they own the ashtrays. Deck 5 has the more peaceful smoking area. The casino on deck 5 allows smoking IF you are gambling.

I should add that if you can't go a few hours without smoking, pick a late boarding time. Smoking won't be allowed anywhere while the ship is being refueled. They usually announce the refueling is done around 3pm.
