Review summary
I thought that the ship was nice although I found it a bit cumbersome to get from one end of the ship to the other depending on which floor you were on. In most cases, you would have to go up or down stairs to get to the opposite end. It meant that you couldn't get to your destination very quickly in some cases. I enjoyed the variety in meal venues: sit-down meals versus "fast foods" or buffet. We chose to mix it up, and it was really nice. The jacuzzis were a bit cool for our taste, but having a few to choose from was convenient. We found the vessel to be clean, and the stateroom attendants were like amazing little elves that somehow knew just when to come around and make everything all nice and neat for a pleasant surprise upon your return. The staff was the most outstanding feature of all. They always smiled and greeted you in a friendly manner. You would never know if anyone was having a bad day. My spouse had back pain, and a staff member went to find him a fresh pillow to lean on during dinner in the dining room. That was REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Ports of call
Pros: The most enjoyable aspect of the cruise was the friendly and professional staff!
Cons: I did not like the leaky ceilings throughout the ship.
