I have to admit that Carnival is characterized by good customer service. I have never had a bad experience with this staff. But on this occasion they were excellent, the boy who attended our room and the dining room team who satisfied all our demands with extreme delicacy.

Formidable, absolute cleanliness everywhere, attention in the room and impeccable in the restaurants and other areas. Despite not being one of Carnival's newest ships, its design is beautiful and attractive and creates a pleasant and comfortable environment for the passenger.
Cabin / Stateroom

Despite being an interior cabin, it was very well located on the 8th floor, which allowed me easy access to the Lido or buffet areas. Cleaning at all times thanks to the help of Ahmad, our room steward, who by the way has a wonderful character and a smile always on his lips. Their treatment is respectful and their work must be recognized. The bed is very comfortable and always made up.
Ship tip
Enjoy your stay on the boat to the fullest and leave your worries on land. Make new friends, enjoy music and food, eat what you need, don't eat too much food and then throw it away, many are starving in the world and that hurts a lot. Recognize those who work in each area, regardless of the tip the boat collects, give them something more in a personal way, they deserve it and they will thank you.
We have visited them on several occasions, this time we did not take any excursions, we walked a bit through the areas surrounding the port, but without a doubt it is a cozy, beautiful place full of Mexican crafts and manual art.
