Review summary

I almost didn't go as I had read so many bad reviews about the Conquest. However I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe because school was in session, no spring break? Not sure what it was except that it was a wonderful time. Didn't observe crazy drunk people or unruly children. I also didn't smell Marijuana until leaving cozumel. I believe the k9s in Miami is helping with the illegal drug use. All in all it was a wonderful cruise.

Embarkation was on a Monday the port wasn't crowded. There were no delays in boarding. Everything went smoothly.

Food in the MD was ok. As always Guys was great. Blue iguana Cantina was always good. Buffet was also ok only ate there for breakfast. Seaday brunch food was Luke warm at best.

Onboard Activities

Shows were great. Comedy always top notch. My husband and I always enjoy all the trivia games onboard the ship.

Staff was very polite and accommodating. We needed and extension cord for my husband's cpap Ferry our stateroom attendant was very helpful and attentive.

They were trying out a new process via the hub app when calling out the zones. We were not receiving the messages for disembarkation and had to wait for them to make the announcement. Other than that it was easy.

Thanks for your review. I think it is a matter of managing your expectations. While there has been some slippage, I believe many cruisers think anything less than pre-Covid is unacceptable. The result for them is a terrible vacation. A real shame in myvopinion.
