Review summary

Overall we had a great time. The food was o.k. and the room service was not what we have come to expect. The shore excursions in Key West and Cozumel were very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the desk sold us a Miami excursion that was sub par and almost made us miss our flight.

Food was always available - buffet was average at best - dining room was pretty good in terms of food - service in the dining room was very good.

Music was average this time around, but we enjoyed the show and the comedian.

The service from the room steward was not great (at least compared to service we have received in the past). The dining room staff was very good. The shore excursions desk sent us on a Miami excursion at the end of the trip that almost made us miss our flight home.

Cabin was what we expected. We did have trouble getting our room cleaned consistently and getting new towels when we needed them

The Everglades excursion we did was not very good. The tour guides were horrible and almost made us miss our return flight. The bus was dirty, and the excursion itself was not very enjoyable.

The Dolphin Encounter was very fun. the "free lunch" was not worth what we paid for it, but we had a lot of fun otherwise. The tour was very well organized and run. Maybe serve something other than hot dogs and spaghetti to people visiting Mexico.

We got off without too much problem, although, the whole process seemed a little chaotic this time compared to our experience in the past..
