Review summary

The customer service was below average. Not what I have been used to from any cruise line. The amount of marijuana smoking was out of hand. The excursion ATV ride portion great the second to the beach resort was like something from a scary movie. Filth, peddlers, dilapidated building and openly trying to sell prescription drugs - your guide even pointed that out that no prescription needed for any drug you want.

Steakhouse was very good. However we had reservations on the first night and was told prior to cruising that we would be given a free bottle of wine for pre-booking. Turns out that we weren’t entitled to one.

Air did not work and phone Let guest services know and they said they would repair. Phone allowed incoming calls but no outgoing. Room was humid and made for uncomfortable sleeping. Lots of dust, found items left in drawers from previous guests
