FANTASTIC 7 day Caribbean Cruise

Really smooth!! We showed up right at the time we signed up for and bypassed the long line for late/early people. There were lots of lines and they moved really fast!

Main dining room was excellent!!! Guys burger & Blue Iguana were SOOOO good! Buffet on the lido had great variety. My only complaint was that there was no buffet/food available other than pizza after like 1230a!

Ladies pamper party was so great especially with the discounts offered. The casino was well staffed as well!!!

Really enjoyed Jack Pot Jack and DJ Mikey. Tim young the comedian was EXCELLENT!!!!! He really fed off the crowd.

Bujan always cleaned our room spotless, did great towel decorations, provided everything extra we requested, & greeted us the very first day which was super great! Archie in the main dining room was EXCEPTIONAL!!! He was BY FAR the busiest in his team but was SO personable and provided excellent customer service and always smiled. He was always prompt & we never had to request extra water, silverware, butter, or anything. He paid extra attention to detail and remembered our requests from the very first night. Cris & Ani were also fantastic in the main dining room. Cris was a very good dancer for the entertainment section. Cris did a great job stepping up one night when Ani wasn't feeling well and wasnt able to provide service. Cris always built up his team. Ani always smiled and ensured that each customer was happy with their food and drink requests and tried to make everything right. Ani managed her time well. Amy in the casino has the BEST personality, is SUPER smiley and provides excellent energy to feed the players!! When she came to a table, the table would fill up because people were drawn to her. Nikolai in the casino was a very quick, efficient blackjack dealer. He had a great sense of humor. He was well tipped by his customers because of his promptness and personality. Maricar in guest services was amazing!! I had a question about my gratuities because I thought I had prepaid them. The line was pretty long & she had worked her way thru the line before people got to the counter as to expedite the process. Many people refused her help but I quickly accepted, and even after several refusals she still smiled. She made a few quick calls and answered my questions and I legit only had to stand in line for like 5 min. Tim Young was a contracted comedian and he was SOOO funny!! He drew his energy and jokes from the crowd!! Such a great entertainer!! Joe who ran the Degas lounge was SO funny !!! I saw him around the ship!! All around a great guy!! He should be a cruise director!!! He has that kind of personality,ddd

Our room was hot. We felt like the air flow wasnt very good and that the thermostat didn't work the greatest. It was do-able and cool, just not cold. But it was very clean, decent size, GREAT amount of storage, & bed was very comfortable. The American outlet was very lose and there was only one outlet in the whole room. Which wasnt ideal but we managed.

We did express disembarkation and we were on floor 1 so we got off right at 8. Was seemingly smooth.
