Shout out to room steward, Hendra, our dinner waitress, Kitty. And all support personnel were outstanding. No complaints about anyone ! Awesome experience and will definitely cruise again with Carnival. My last experience was over 25 years ago and I believe was also well arranged. Great time !

The ship was very clean and well maintained although design was outdated. This did not affect the enjoyment I had.

Superb ! Hendra was extremely accommodating and attentive. Was always available for every need.
Ship tip
I don’t think guests realize the ease of eating in the dining room. I noticed many guests using buffet on a regular basis. I don’t believe they realize the quality in the dining room and believe they are missing a great experience.
Easy to navigate. Used SAFE CRUISE PARKING and this was also easy and very accommodating. Considerably less expensive than Carnival’s recommended parking.
Planned excursion to Al-tun Ha Ruins. Need to be prepared with bug spray as the mosquitoes were unbearable. However an interesting time. On the return lunch was terrible. This could have been eliminated and would not have been missed.
Fabulous port and experience !!!! Found a gentleman that arranged a private taxi driver fluent in English and for 30.00 per person drove around almost the entire island. We spent approximately three hours with stops at Tequila and chocolate factories. GREAT TIME ! Also stopped at Paradise Beach Club.
