Food was good and plentiful. Guys burger are amazing. The Steak House was awesome and the portions where huge. The buffets had a lot of options and all of them were good. Main dining was always nice and the servers took great care of everyone.

We did bingo, was lots of fun. Casino was ok but the smoke was really bad. Spa was great.

Our service and staff was great. Rayden was our room stewards; he was amazing. All the staff in the spa was great. Dr. Olivia, the acupuncturist, was great. Zinhle did my wife’s hair; my wife really enjoyed and liked working with her.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was comfortable, balcony was a little dirty like they just painted and still had white paint on everything. Room was always clean cleaning staff seemed like they were always around and cleaning.

Plan ahead for everything the lines get very long.
We did the electric hummer excursion here. Was fun; our excursion guide really made it fun. We learned a lot about Grand Turks and seen a lot of history.
We did the behind the walls walking tour in San Juan. This was a great tour. Seen a lot of San Juan seemed like we walked up hill the entire time. Noemi our tour guide was fun knowledgeable and kept things interesting.
In St. Thomas we did the Discover Scuba tour. First time diving and the crew made it easy to understand and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. Rob, Juli, Connie, and Katey the crew made this excursion a blast.
The Dolphin, Sea Lion and Shark excursion at Ocean World was great and probably my wife’s favorite event on this cruise. Everyone at all the shows and encounters did a great job. Only bad part was when we went to order and pick up our pictures not enough staff and a slow poorly explained operation. Took well over an hour to get our photos was a real problem since our guide didn’t even take us over to the photo lab until we had an hour left in the excursion.
Considering how many people the had onboard and how fast the next group of passengers came on board the crew did a great job of making it as easy as possible to get off the ship.
