I agree with santa baby ... did you say something about the water ? They would have credited your acct . And you only get your room made up once a day , unless you notify your room steward ahead of time

Out of curiosity, did you ask for your room steward to come more than once a day? One is the standard, unless you request twice a day. Did you call or go to guest services to have the charge for the water removed? It really is an easy fix and would have been done immediately I'm sure. I hope you have a better experience on the other cruise line. I'm surprised at your review honestly after reading the reviews from others who were on the same ship. Good luck to you
