Review summary

If the cabin 2395 had been without noises all day and night the cruise would have been awesome. I recommend this ship and crew. The activities were fun, the Serenity deck was peaceful and nice.

The cabin was cleaned and comfortable. There are loud noises coming from above the cabin. Found out it was the pantry. This cabin had noises from the floor found out noises were from engine, but Carnival fixed the engine noises. Never got noises fixed from ceiling. Worst cabin ever.

Ship tip

It is a good, clean ship but don't get in cabin 2395 if you want to get rest or sleep

You always need to do your research before you book as each ship is different and never opt for the option of them picking your cabin it may be a bit cheaper but you get what you pay for ....

That has always been true about the cabins . After over 60 cruises on carnival , we know the routine ! If they pick the cabin , they will always give out the worst ones first and then go from there , as far as filling the cabins .

Definitely agree with JT1962, we always check below and above decks and always choose one that only has cabins above and below. We were on the Conquest in March and had cabins 7397 and 7401. Perfect. Close to elevator and took us right to MDR. Loved the Conquest. Would definitely go again. Cabin steward was able to connect our cabins and we had one large balcony.

It looks like your cabin was under the galley (kitchen), which is going to be very noisy. It’s always a good idea to check the deck plans when choosing a cabin to see what is above, below and near a cabin you are considering. If you chose a Guarantee Cabin, where they pick the cabin, that is a chance you take - you usually get a better price, but maybe in a bad location.
