smoking in the casino is a major turnoff for our party. unable to gamble even on formal nights. cost of buying pictures is getting very costly. pool being drained every night over our cabin made it very difficult to sleep.

there was no service at the seating area for the buffets. service in the dining room was great. pool staff were lacking when you wanted a drink. room steward was ok. customer relations desk was amazing.

Cabin / Stateroom

size was good. shower lacked water flow. more water came out of the faucet in the sink than the shower. need power outlets by the bed. lacked a writing tablet and pen.
On any ship, be sure to check the cabin location. Under a pool, club, dining room, the kitchens, by the anchor, or under the whole lido pool area, there is a lot of night noise. There are a lot of great locations - just make sure you are booking them!
The Conquest was one of our favorites . Ship was beautiful. Food absolutely delicious, I could go on and on, Only a few not so good but didn’t ruin our cruise. Muster was not good as we had to wait at least 40 minutes for the INCONSIDERATE people who didn’t bother to show up on time, didn’t care for the shows and the one we really wanted to see was canceled and they had us at a table for 12 when it should have been 6. Corrected next night. Loved all the ports.
