Review summary

First time cruiser and was very pleased with the experience. I went on with many fears and doubts but left with so many wonderful memories! The cruise director rocked!

All you have to do to avoid the drill is directions for an emergency in print form from your steward . Then just stay in your room during the drill .

Totally agree the drill needs to be looked into makes it extremely uncomfortable by passengers with a DON'T CARE ..attitude shame ...cause as soon as the drill is done the sooner you set sail ....

We were on the Conquest in March and loved it. Food in MDR delicious. Friendly staff. Beautiful decor. Loved our cabin. No problems with air or plumbing. Everything was great except the muster drill. They need to come up with another way to do it. We had to stand waiting for 40 minutes more for the INCONSIDERATE people who couldn’t show up on time. Not fair to penalize us and others who showed up on time.

My first cruise I was anxious and found it hard to relax. There were some moments I had fun but I’m looking forward to my cruise next month. This time I hope since no kids are coming I won’t b so anxious and can enjoy the time away. Plus I know what to expect better.

Glad you enjoyed it. We love cruising and most do. I’m always surprised when I see posts where people did not care for it and appeared to have a miserable time.
