Enjoyed time with family. Entertainment good, food/dessert not. Cabin was huge and very comfortable. Spa had wonderful therapist but in a lousy location on the ship making it overpriced. Photo center took awesome pictures but the price was unusually high compared to other cruise lines.

Food and Dining

desserts were very limited - cake everyday and mostly chocolate. Would like to have seen other options: pies, tarts, something. Ice cream was only vanilla, chocolate, and sometimes strawberry. Would like to have toppings if nothing else. Dinner service in restaurant good.
Evening and late night (after 9pm) was too limited. Pizza every night was not good. Burgers would have been nice to have a turkey or veggie option, not just beef. Burger joint was very popular and taco stand. Would like both to be option much longer.
husband bought the soda package. However, it was a waste of money since the food was in one place and bars with soft drinks in another. The setup to get soft drinks was too inconvenient. Wouldn't purchase the package again.
Onboard Activities

Did bingo, karaoke, watched lip sync. Activities were very good. Just need more so everyone isn't doing mostly the same things.
Entertainment

Leigh was AMAZING. He made the entertainment INCREDIBLE. In our opinion, he has to do too much. Mix it up with at least one other person. It's like the pied piper, guest following Leigh around all day and evening.
The music trivias were AWESOME. However, the crowds were much too large to have this event in the lobby. I got tired of standing each night.
The theater shows need more diversity. Would like to see some women of color and other voices, especially for the Motown show. The men knocked the performance out the park. The women sang lyrics but didn't have the convincing soulful Motown sound - disappointing show.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Brigette-room steward from friendly and accommodating. 5 star
Dacia - massage therapist was EXCEPTIONAL. Love her professionalism. 5 star
Moh - buffet waiter was very accommodating with my special request breakfast. 5 star
Putu- dining room waiter was upbeat and very accommodating. 5 star
In general though, staff that we met in the hall, at the service desk, in the buffet area, etc. were not friendly, didn't smile, rarely responded to my 'good mornings'. It seemed like anyone not in the tip group, weren't very friendly which was surprising given other cruise lines we've been on.

Not a fan. Massage rooms are located beneath the childrens camp. Hard to relax and enjoy my $175 multiple massages with banging and running above my head. Also had to go through men's locker room and gym to get to massage room. Totally ruined the relaxation vibe. Had it not been for Dacia being so great, I would have cancelled my 3 massages. Wasn't worth the cost.
Cleanliness bothered me that trays and plates were left in hallways and in lobbies for so long.
Cabin / Stateroom

Best part of the cruise. Nice size. We've cruised on Norwegian and Royal Caribbean. None had better oceanview/balcony cabins than what we had on this cruise. LOVED our cabin.
Ship tip
Even if you prepay expenses, expect to be 'nickled and dimed' on the ship. Gratuities are charged on prepaid drinks. Several of the late night evening spots charge. Know that $97 per person gratuities added to your bill is suggested not mandatory. Passengers can adjust the amount up or down without question at the customer service desk.
Our daughter's didn't put a tag on their bags. So, we had to search quite a while in the terminal. It was totally their mistake for not following directions. However, the ship shouldn't load luggage without a tag. That would have been better.
Pictures may get a bit cheaper when you get them on your tv in the stateroom and only choose those to be printed. If you do photography, even printing at home at lesser quality than the ship, you will know that the price pf photo paper has indeed skyrocketed. Waiting for the digital on tv!!
I agree with the pictures , after over 60 cruises since 1975. The pictures were $2.00 and now $14.00. Paper hasn't risen that much . And the pics are the same .
