Review summary

I enjoyed my cruise all in all but the service was subpar with the exception of our cabin steward. Restaurant service was terrible and the food was just okay but i wasn't expecting too much there. Lido breakfast was always better than restaurant breakfast too. Port Everglades is also the most frustrating port I've ever been in...

We're going in March on the Conquest. I've been hearing everyone loves the ship and the food. Hoping for that when we go. We've been to Port Everglades many times and never had a problem. Very organized. We have never been on Carnival so maybe the problem is the area where the ship docks. We picked up our neighbors in August from the Conquest and did have trouble finding the dock. Is that the problem you had?

I was on the same cruise and I'll have to agree with you all the way. I was so disappointed with the service and surprised that the food wasn't that good
