Review summary

Like I said in the description Wonderful....except. Not getting the onboard credit seemed rude and unprofessional. The food was really good. All the entertainment was top of the line. The staff really made you feel important and waited on like royalty. Effy, the onboard jewelry store, is amazing!

Was the OBC offered by a travel agent or Carnival? Seems like quite a few people have issues with certain agencies, especially BJs. If so, that's not Carnival's fault. If you booked direct and have the OBC offer documented I'd follow up with CCL.
