Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
the food was ok in the dinning area. I've had better on other carnival cruises. Didn't eat at the buffet but we love the Guy's Burgers I don't drink but my daughter enjoyed them. I had the milkshakes, they were good

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
I only marked okay because we did not do too many activities on the ship. This trip really for R & R. My daughter loves the hot tub and we both like the "Drive In" movie. Because of the Children, it was impossible to get to the main pool, however, the adult pool was great. We loved the adult area.

Entertainment

We didn't go to any of the shows, there were none that interested us. However, we did enjoyed the deck party.

Service and Staff

Our deck server, Daniel was awesome. Each day he found us and gave us a hello and joyful conversation. He always said something to make us laugh. We would always look for Daniel. Our Room steward Graberil, was awesome also. He treated me with a gift card to the spa for my birthday..Our room was always in order and when we saw him, a smile would be on his face. Our dinning servers, again were awesome. Their names, i cannot remember

I loved the layout. I could find our room and dinning area very easily. It only took a day. Normally, it 5 days :-) We could find the photo, the bars, without any problems.

Cabin / Stateroom

The location of our cabin was perfect. We were on the 10th floor last room on the ATF. We came out of our cabin made a right and we were in the twister pool area, Great for getting to the Lido deck, watching the movie, getting food. the cabin size was great for my daughter and I plenty of closet/storage space. This was the best location I have every had on any cruise ship

Ship tip

Eat at the Bar B Que bar, above the buffet it's less crowded.

My daughter and I came in 2 days early. We took and excursion on the airboat to the everglades. We saw 5 gators. Awesome. Getting to the port and checking in was easy because we had faster to the fun.

This Beach was beautiful, the water was excellent for my daughter. She was in heaven. We did not rent any equipment. We just waved in the water and laid around.

Nassau, Bahamas

No excursions, we were forewarn about the aggressiveness of the people so were were prepared. We only went to the straw market and returned back to the ship.
