Review summary

As a Delta Diamond member I will not recommend Delta Cruises to anyone. I was completely surprised by the lack of information I was given even though I explained this was my first cruise...

Had two people in wheel Chairs was told only two people could go with them... One person each out a party of 6

Although the food was great the fact I needed to pay for two drink packages for someone who did not drink really turned me off, and to add salt to the wound many Alcohol drinks were not part of the package

These were great however not enough information about the ship or our restaurants or the programs were given it took two full days to understand... This was our first cruise

Not what I ordered through Sky Miles Cruises. I wanted my children to be able to sleep in my room or my in-laws room any night we chose. I explained that to the person at Sky miles cruises. However the room only had one bed for each in each room. So they were split up every night..... It Really disappointed me as I explained this was my in-laws 50th and my wife and my 23rd anniversaries on July 15th.... We wanted privacy in each room every other night but never got that....
